1、Opening Hours
Sunday–Thursday10:00–21:00 (Last entry: 20:30)；Friday–Saturday10:00–22:30 (Last entry: 22:00).
sky100 may, from time to time, change the opening hours, or close the full deck or any part of it temporarily, or restrict the number of persons having access to sky100 due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, or for safety and security reasons. Please check the sky100 website for the most up-to-date opening hours before visiting.

2、Security Check
To provide a safe and pleasant environment for all sky100 visitors, all persons may be subject to security checks at the point of admission to sky100. Dangerous or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to prevent visitors from bringing any bag, parcel, luggage or other items into sky100. Unattended object found in sky100 will be dealt with in a manner we deem appropriate.
3、Items Not Permitted Into sky100
Dangerous or hazardous materials
Outside food and beverage items (except baby food and water)
Backpacks, or any objects that exceed 230 mm X 360 mm X 560 mm
Carts or other wheeled carriers, except strollers and wheelchairs
4、Guest Conduct
Guests must comply with the rules of sky100 and respect other visitors and sky100 staff. Unruly, illegal and dangerous behaviors and foul languages will not be tolerated and violators may be asked to leave sky100 without a refund.
5、Queuing
Please respect other visitors when waiting to buy tickets, entering sky100, taking photos, watching performance or using any facilities. Line jumping and jostling are prohibited. Late-coming friends and relatives, and guests who exit the line, should queue up from the end of the line.
6、Photography & Filming
Photographs and videos may be taken for personal use. Wedding or graduation photography, photography in costume and any commercial photography and filming are strictly prohibited except with prior permission.
7、No Smoking
For the comfort of all visitors, smoking is prohibited in all areas of sky100.
8、No Pets
Except guide dogs for the blind, all pets are not allowed entry into sky100.
9、No Liability To Loss And Damage
sky100 shall not be liable for any loss and damage of visitors’ belongings at any time inside sky100 area, whether such loss and damages are caused by our negligence or any other reasons.
10、Junior Visitors
Any person aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) with a valid admission ticket to access sky100.
11、Accessibility
sky100 and its facilities are fully accessible for guests with special needs. Facilities include wheelchair access and accessible toilets. Visitors in need may inquire of our staff.
